Prescriptions take forever. Many times had scripts in the morning written/sent and are not ready until pretty late in afternoon. Had an appointment for child 2nd round flu shot scheduled by pharmacist (approved of timing), upon arrival was told flu shot was scheduled too early and need to come back in a week. Took time off work for this and clearly one of the staff was wrong, the one who scheduled us or the one turning us away. My consistent experience has been this is a poorly managed branch.
Medicap never disappoints, friendly staff, speedy service, but if you go through the drive thru it's always busy, best bet is to go inside. They always go out of there way to help me.
Prices are insane, total rip off! Same brand same product paid 24$ and it is 10$ in Walmart. Could have purchased 2 in Walmart and still have change, if 10 minute drive saved me couple of dollars I would not complain, but 14$ absolutely ridiculous!
They still have some kinks to work out.
