Pharmacist was very helpful and made himself available to answers my questions about a new prescription and insurance issues.
Don't tell a customer thier medicine will be ready in 15 minutes, then when we get there told it'll be another 10 minutes, then when we come back and it's still not done. I dont care how busy you are if you tell a customer it'll be done in a certain time frame, it should be done in said time frame.
