Olivia was phenomenal! She was extremely easy to work with and always accommodated my busy schedule. She was quick to respond to any questions with helpful information that showed she had done her research on any properties I was interested in. As a first time buyer I especially appreciated that she was very approachable with questions and was never pushy throughout the buying process. As a bonus, she also offered several perks towards inspection and closing costs since I work in healthcare. I cannot recommend her enough!
Olivia is such a great agent. I’m an LCSW and was so excited that Olivia values us in the healthcare industry, making it easy to deal with paperwork despite my hectic schedule. She was super responsive and answered questions or looked into issues right away when I had them. She gave honest advice and feedback when I asked, not pushy at all which is so welcome when you’re already stressed out by the home buying process. Would 100% recommend her.
I can’t recommend Olivia enough, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the home buying process enjoyable and easy. As a Nurse Practitioner, I don’t have a normal schedule and with my husband being a consultant, our schedules don’t always line up. We have bought and sold many homes. Olivia and Todd made this the most enjoyable home buying experience of our lives! From finding us the perfect home to making the financing of it an absolute dream. They were on top of every detail and went out of their way to handle what they could to keep it off our plate! We can’t thank them enough for making it so easy and I dare say, FUN!!!
