This facility failed a vulnerable diabetic resident in a serious and unacceptable way. He was not provided proper diabetic meals, and staff failed to even check on him regularly. Basic care was neglected. What was supposed to be a two-week stay turned into a medical emergency within just three days. He had to be removed and is now in the hospital receiving treatment because of their negligence. This is not just poor service — it is dangerous. No one should trust this place with the care of a loved one.

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this nursing home. The level of negligence and dishonesty we encountered is beyond unacceptable. Staff members repeatedly misled both the resident and his caregiver, and critical care needs were ignored. There was a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and basic human compassion.
