Corporate office does not care nor respect their front line workers. Pay is horrible, insurance is worse. I worked hard to bring in the residents and make the company money. No help from corporate during COViD when we were short staffed. No support when we were mentally drained and had to shut in the residents. No help with maintaining the building, my staff and I had to do all the maintenance. When I decided to leave, I gave 3 months notice so I could train and hire the next admin. Medicalodges is the worst place I have ever worked for. Corporate require you to wear N95 masks all day long no matter what. For some of us that work 12 or 16 hour shifts it's torture. The heat is terrible and you literally soak it with sweat and have to change them out constantly. The pay is worse for a CNA than any others in the area. They hire you and tell you that you'll be working certain hours than they change the schedule the same day.
