The nursing home was very mismanaged. All the good employees they had working there were generally fired. They didn't return phone calls. They were always standing around talking and not working. Crystal N. and Lisa L. were two very good aides/nurses providing they are still working there and weren't fired (since they are excellent). The place appeared to be clean, but it was really very dirty! They never had enough staff working and the lady in charge of Social Services was about as helpful as a box of rocks.
