Great company with an outstanding customer support team! I was experiencing issues with the equipment I purchased so I reached out to the support team for assitance. I was put in contact with Aamir who immediately took charge of the situation and was able to rectify the issue I was experiencing. Medicaleshop is a good retailer that I will continue to support and would recommend other consumers do the same.
What they don't tell you is that your items will be shipped from different vendors not them. So nothing arrives at one time. Also they will hold up a whole order if one item is back ordered. Which is absolutely stupid since the items are being shipped by different vendors other than this so called medical supply store. So far after over 3 weeks waiting I still haven't received my order after calling them twice. I had ordered some catheters that said they were lubricated ended up not being but the team at Medicale shop took care of me and arranged a pickup and had a speedy return and refund. Seems to be a great company and great prices but didn't have what I needed but customer service and return process and refund was amazing thanks to everyone there . I will most definitely consider you in near future if in need of any other medical supply's thanks again for the speedy refund and amazing customer service. Best regards Matthew
This place is not recommended at all by me I ordered catheters from them 300 to be exact and they were exposed to been prelubricated and they were not and they don't seem to care I would have never ordered from them if I knew what I know now I recommend ( at home medical) they are amazing I went with medicale shop thought I was getting a deal but turned out to be a rip off.
