Wow guys (and Gals). I am impressed. My forearm crutches became dangerous for me and I needed a new pair asap. I spoke with customer service to make sure they were in stock and ask a question. She was VERY helpful and told me she would keep an eye out for my order. Fast forward about 2 business days and, wham!, my new crutches arrived. Now I don't have to worry that I'm going to take a tumble. I know the crutches are great (had my old ones for almost 5 years) but your customer service was really impressive. Bravo!
