EXTREMELY LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS. WILL MAKE YOU WAIT MORE THEN 1H FOR APPOINTMENT. EXTREMELY RUDE ON THE PHONE.
After many attempts trying to get a simple report sent via email there making excuses not to send it because they had a bad review After more them an hour wait time for an appointment. After verifying who I am they say we cant send an email to my account because they cannot verify who I am.. and pretending they cant hear me etc.
