it's a very bad company Aggressive customer service. They sent my order late and sent it to me in a bad box. And the packaging is bad. I advise not to deal with this company. She only wants money and does not give a service in exchange for the money she asks for.

Order 100 test strips from this company however they expired at the end of the month. I emailed them and told them no way could I use these. They wanted to give me a $7.00 credit. I told them that was not acceptable and they said to ship them back and I would be refunded the full amount. I sent them return receipt, I know they received it because I received the green card back. I sent another email and they never answered it. Still haven't received my credit. Will not use them again.

I ordered diabetic test strips from this company on April 15th for my son who is diabetic. I still haven't received them. Whenever I try to track the package I never get a definite answer as to when I'll receive them. I ordered test strips from Amazon since then and received them within a week.
