I have had nothing but kindness and good luck with this company. First for my husband and now for me. They answer my questions, help with supplies and always courteous.
This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Had machine for 3 months and am still unable to order supplies through online portal or through the phone due to billing problems on their end. Good luck trying to speak with someone as you get transferred to first available person after 10 mins on hold then placed on hold again to order supplies and the cycle starts over again. If you see this as a place for referral from Dr ask for someone else
I couldn’t use the machine due to PTSD, well I had foot surgery, got pneumonia and Covid. My doctor said she couldn’t believe I lived through it. In the meantime, I couldn’t get the machine back in there three months time and they turned it over to collections so now I have to take the machine back a credit bureau to take it off my account, I am on Medicaid Medicare, never got anything saying different until I did. The people are very nice, but I have never in my life seen anything like this!! Avoid if possible

I ended up ordering off Amazon, paying out of pocket because they didn’t process the Drs order. I suspect it didn’t cost much more since I avoided the “medical equipment “ markup. But still!! The Dr sent them a prescription for a wheelchair for my father as he was being discharged from hospice so they would be taking their supplied wheelchair back.
