Worst customer service I've experienced, ever. It took them over 6 weeks to get a CPAP machine ready for me. I called repeatedly and they kept saying, "We haven't finished your paperwork yet." Then once I got the machine, they sent me the wrong supplies, and when I returned them, they billed my insurance for them anyway. When I called them about the billing error, they passed me around to multiple people and had me sit on hold for almost 2 hours, then hung up on me. Waiting for over two months for cpap order to be processed. Never answer their phone or return messages left. No rush or assistance given with each call, just that it’s in process. Even my MD office has tried to call and were less than impressed.

The gentleman I worked with initially was polite and helpful. My experience following the initial consultation/fitting has been all down hill from there. I spoke to a representative and explained (more then once) that I did not need anymore supplies and I would reach out to them if/when I did. I officially requested to be taken off the automatic order list and told them to cease any further withdraws (more then once), however this did not happen. A rather little office, but they are knowledgeable at what they do. I was familiar with Cpaps already, but it had been years since I'd worn one, and there's new equipment now. Jennifer explained things very thoroughly, and answered questions. Appt was relaxed, never rushed.
