I had an upper respiratory infection for 1 month. I was worked in the same day for 3 different visits. Then, I had to be worked in 2 additional visits for seperate reason. It is nice to be able to be seen in the office that has my health history.
I had an app at 9am, I arrived at 8:47 and they cancel my app because i had to be 30min early? What kind of policy is this? It will not take me more than 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I've been waiting for this appointment for 4 months and I just wasted my time. Totally unfair and unnecessary that the health of patients is not important here! Terrible patient service!
