Initially, my visit started off well enough. It was frustrating trying to get scheduled as they are very difficult to reach. The receptionist wasn't friendly at first but warmed up towards the end of my visit. Dr was pleasant enough. My issue is when I had to cancel my appointment (way in advance as I had a business trip). I ended up being charged that day for an appointment I was never at. And this wasn't the $25 late-notice cancellation fee- they charged my card $139 which is what I would pay to get phentermine and the B-1... read more
Do not buy a groupon from this place! They never answer their phones (and the phone number on their website doesn't work), they have a very intrusive privacy application online that you MUST fill out before they will even call you (which requires your social security number and full HIPPA releases) and when they do call you back, they don't leave a number to call them. Also, they only offer appointments in the middle of the day...I am VERY disappointed and have asked groupon for a full refund
I wouldn't suggest going there. Had to cancel an appointment 24 hrs prior but was still charged, not just office charge I was charged 119.00. Can't seem to ever get a hold of anyone.
