This program has been great for me. I've lost 95 lbs. in 8 months. With a bit of effort, drive, and a lot of determination I feel alive! My health and body feel great and look good too. The entire staff have been great. They are very helpful, polite, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight, no matter how much or how little.
