Staff do not return phone calls. Talked to 3 separate staff members. Each promised to talk to the boss and get back to me. Return calls never came.
I've been going to Medical Weight Loss center for 3 months now and I am happy with the program and dedication of the staff. Nuzha & Ashley are always helpful with my diet program and keep me on the path to the weight loss I want to achieve. I have never been successful in losing weight, but with the help of this program and the diet guidelines that have been set I am getting to the healthy weight that I want. I have went back and forth to the clinic many times. Always lost weight. This time was the best. Nuzha and Ashley made my visits since February successful and a pleasure. I continue to go once a week. Tracey Y.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this place for weightloss injections only. I’ve had them before elsewhere and they worked. I met with Ashly the manager on 4/4 and paid $1030 for I believe 16 weeks. I was told I would get lab work the upcoming Saturday and see the Dr. the next Friday. I go into the office Saturday for lab work and was told by the woman who does the labs (idk her name but she wears a hijab) that I was never added to the schedule and therefore have to reschedule.
