If you stick with what you are suppose to eat you'll loose the weight. They give you a menu of proteins, veggies, starches, and fats. You cook regular food. You also take multivitamin and EFA (fatty acids) daily. Then medicleanse 7 days on and 7days off. Then you have to drink so many fiber or protein drinks a day. My husband and I signed up for this program. They made us open a care credit account and pay for their services up front including medications, drinks, shots and consultations in the amount of $4000.00. We tried their program for over 3 months and it did not work and neither of us lost a pound. We had to endure shots every week and sadness of not loosing weight. I am highly disappointed in my failed investment with this weight loss center. On my initial visit, I told the consultant exactly what I wanted in a weight loss center. I wanted a nonjudgmental place I could go for weight loss and support. I mentioned that I that I preferred clean eating with only natural supplementation. I lost 97.5 pounds on this program and never thought this would be possible. They even had a contest and gave away $2500 and I won!
