To start I had to push my opening date back a full month due to them missing my drop off and having to wait a full month until they could come back. I also spoke to them on the phone and requested a one year service contract and when they sent the paperwork it turned out to be a 5 year contract in the fine print. On top of them being more than double the price of almost all wast services. Then they added a 50$ monthly charge on top of everything randomly for OSHA training which was not in the original contract. Terrible mone... read more
Sales team has no idea of fair pricing. Quotes were double what 2 other companies charge. Suzanne sent me 6 quotes all with different pricing as she didn’t know what she was doing. Now daily I get over 10 emails requesting payment for service. They will not stop emailing/harassing me. In process of reporting to BSO and FBI as I have asked them 4 times to stop requesting payment and no more emails.
