0 STARS!!!!! Terrible company!!!!! Poor management. Late pick up. Left us sitting outside of the appointment for over an hour. I even called to confirm 2 days before. If not for Herbert the driver going out of his way to make sure we made it to our appointments on time, we wouldn't have made it. Luckily, we only had to wait to go home. Which doesn't sound too bad unless you're in a wheelchair & need to go to the bathroom. Then Dwayne shows up to get us with his pants barely covering his underwear, chewing on a straw, no idea... read more

I'm not sure how this company is even running!! They are over an hour late to pick up my wheelchair bound father. We had to cancel his important doctor appointment because there is no way he would make it on time. We had told the transport to pick him up at 3pm, an hour earlier than his appointment which is only 15 minutes away. We called this morning to confirm pick up time and then called when they were 15 mins late and were told to "wait a few minutes". Absolutely unacceptable.
