This has got to be the slowest lab in Northeast Tennessee. No info online. Located on the third floor. Hours posted on the door say 8-4:30. Waited over 40 minutes to get my blood drawn. Just a regular blood draw! My usual lab is in JC. Wanted to switch to this one to be closer to work… but it might be worth it to just drive the 40 minutes from Greeneville to JC… Round trip I’d still probably get my blood drawn faster than at this Ballad Laboratory…. Good grief.
*UPDATE* Back today the 19th of August. Same exact experience as the second visit here. The lady who works the deck unlocks the door at 8:01. And then it takes her 15 minutes to check in the first person. She spends too much time just talking. And that's OK when you don't have nine people waiting to be helped. Information says that the lab opens up at 7:30. Well it didn't open up until 8:00 when you get there are numerous people sitting in the hall waiting for the lab to open.
