Got notification that my CPAP was in need of maintenance. Found these gentlemen on Google, called and set up a time to drop off CPAP. Dropped off CPAP, 90 minutes later Brian had it running perfectly. Waited a week to make sure it was running in fine fettle. It is and the hack they showed me has done wonders for my sleep. Good pricing, knowledgeable and very solid humans.
I went 12/30/25 in evening to fix an issue with my mom machine!I was impressed with medical tectronics!not even 15 min and they find out the problem!Everyone in there is so kind!100% recommend them and for sure if I have a problem in future with a concentrator machine I will go!!!thanks so much & god bless all 🙏
Top-notch service! Scott even met me before they were open so I could get my mom's concentrator serviced on the way to work. And he had it done the same day! Super reasonable prices as well. I was, however, a bit surprised they didn't have their name on the building. Harder to find in the early morning. Couldn't see their address well either. But, apparently, they are in the middle of a remodel. Look at all their 5* reviews though! They know how to conduct business!
I highly recommend to fix your CPAP machine. They are pros at diagnosing and getting to the root of the problem and getting it repaired. I would 100% use them again.
