I have never done business with this company but they FedEx’d me a big box containing some woman’s back brace and assorted knee braces. No return sticker in the box to send it back and no address for the correct recipient. UPDATE: After a week or more I was finally contacted by a company representative who had someone send me a return sticker for the box of braces. The sticker was received a week later.
