Dr Power was 30 minutes late to my appointment then she was speeding through the appointment and then when I asked questions about something she didn’t really know the answer. Then once I was at the counter she went to her office and then came back out just to say that she normally charges and it isn’t normally covered under Medicare and that next time she will charge if I go back for any other consult.
Wonderful first experience in a modern friendly practise and the most impressive Doctor Richards looking after me has given me wonderful treatment options which should lead to a full recovery a wonderful Doctor in a lovely practise 10/10
Always professional and friendly staff and my Doctor, Louise Beak is a very thorough and caring doctor whom I trust implicitly.
