Staff has a horrible attitude every time I call. Picking up shifts seems like a hassle to them. I call payroll about my check and lady was so rude and wouldn’t even return my call. When I call back she reply’s with I’ve never heard of you. Just don’t waste your time there the lowest paying agency company around

They profile potential new employees a recuiter reached out to me and said I would be a great fit to their team. Go in for orientation!!! Then they say im NOT a CNA but definitely AM SINCE THE JOB IM CURRENLTY YOU MUST HAVE CNA. Then they say I need to send in another copy of my ssc cause the one THE RECRUITER took at orientation was to DARK !!!! ALL THIS GOES ON LEGIT A MONTH UNTIL I CALL IN AGAIN AND WHAT NEXT WHATS NEXT. This place was horrible. They didn’t email you back ever. When you called they still were a hotmess. The places they have barley have hours and when they do they cancel you. The only places they have that pays decent sucks, I had to do 6 showers in one night, plus put my people down and take another aides room because she was lazy and complaining. MSN didn’t care, they took them off my schedule but it looked bad on me. It’s just a waste of time. The pay wasn’t that great to be honest.

Does not return emails and would not release my TB test to myself since they payed for it
