I would give it a zero star if I could! Their phone system is the worst I’ve ever experienced! It gives you no choice to speak with someone or to leave a message! I will be dropping this Dr. and this office for someone who will answer the phone.
The facility is always clean, and the receptionists are very nice. The nurses are polite and truly listen and care for their patients. Dr. Marshall is an exceptional doctor who allows you to speak without interrupting you in mid-conversation, unlike most doctors. He is one of a kind here at Parsons. He listens intently to his patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. He is not judgemental and treats everyone with respect. If you are looking for a family doctor, I highly recommend Medical Specialist Clinic.
