I’m gonna put myself right out there. I was seeing about a month ago for a STD. Yes people get them even educated people. I went back today for a referral to a urologist, to have yearly labs done, and to see if the STD was gone. The provider, his name is Gus, who by the way has always been very very professional with me. I’ve been going here for a while, came in holding a handful of condoms. If I can give a zero star, I would. Called to get an appointment for my mom. Unknown to me, the doctor my mom usually sees retired. The receptionist who answered the phone gave me an attitude. When someone says “Thank you”, do not just hang up without acknowledging them. Some of these people needs to go back and learn some manners. Rude receptionist.
