From the receptionist through the nurse to Dr. Rosenfield, this medical practice exuded warmth and professionalism. The wait time was very short after checking in, and I was ushered to the examination room by Olga, a very patient and competent nurse. I purchased my car from this dealership 2 owners ago and have brought it back for all repairs since. I can not say enough about my service tech Pete and the service team. I find it refreshing not to be dismissed because im a female. They recognize i know my vehicle and how it should run, and what I know isn't working properly. They dont attempt blatant upsell or advantageous frivolous add-ons. And that's why I bring it back year and year.

It was my first visit. I feel like everyone was nice. The doctor seemed kind of nice my visit was short and I was told I would see him assist on my next visit. Is about 4 to 6 weeks. I would personally would like to see my new doctor for at least 2 or 3 visits before being turned over to hiss assist. But that's just my opinion. Barbara Baccus new patient
