I bought the buy 2 get 1 free massage package. I called to schedule my third massage and was told that massage therapist was no longer there and they are having trouble finding a replacement. I asked for my $89 (price of massage) back and was told they aren't able to refund my money because it was a package. They told me I could use it for something else. There is nothing that benefits me to use it on. I'm a little upset that they are doing business like this. Just give me back what you owe me.
The staff is absolutely amazing! I love the personal touches that are given during each session. Whether it's educating the public, expanding services, or creating packages that give the clients a bang for their buck, this business knows their business! I recommend Medical Spa NP to everyone.
