I would give 5 stars if the Soft wave that I just got was SO painful. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if they should’ve used more numbing cream. I hope I’ll have great results from it since it was so painful. The ladies are so nice and Kayla is so nice and really knows how to recommend what you need for your face. My nurse did my Botox and I believe Yumi is how you spell the name. She injected them very gently and smoothly. And I find the price to be better than what I had pay for Botox. Service was great and so is the care and attention to detailings.
Jin did my aqua facial and she did great. Love the shoulder, neck, arms and face massage. Definitely highly recommended!
Have you ever seen a water needle injection done like this? I've seen poor techniques before, but this is the first time I've encountered such a bad one. Not only did it leak fluid, but there were also several bruises after the manual injection. I was surprised to find that this was the first time I'd encountered such a bad situation.
