*Update* The did just get back to me and setup the fittings etc. I really didn't want to have to leave this review because the people I've talked to (when I could get a person) were very nice. I've been waiting over 2 months now just for approval of a CPAP. I get it, insurance takes a while sometimes but there's been zero communication that wasn't initiated by me. I don't usually like writing poor reviews so this is unusual for me. I think all of the people in the office are lovely and I have nothing bad to say about them. BUT. I went in to get a mask fitting and the one they sent me home with was the wrong size. After I got home I called them and told them and they said they will schedule me to get the proper size. When I went in they said they accidentally scheduled me too late to get a new size. They said I was going to have to wait until I had my delivery to get the proper size as... read more
Horrible service. Not customer service oriented at all. McKenzie, scheduler, Lori the manager, Lisette the person who handles insurance verification and so forth, none have any empathy.
Poor systems and customer service. Go elsewhere.
