Would give a big fat 0 if I could‼️ This company purchased Carle Medical Supply. Customer service was terrible. They wanted a credit card on file before the scheduled appointment could take place. The had the Carle records for the CPAP mask previously used but would have to order and mail it because they didn’t have. We walked out of the appointment and made sure that our credit card was removed from their system. I asked to receive an email indicating the removal and did receive it. This place is horrible. I work in oncology and we send orders to these people that go untouched. Currently trying to get a walker for a pt. 9 weeks!!!!! Today I got possibly the rudest human being on the line. Shameful. Makes me miss Carle Medical Supply
Very disappointed with them and their customer service. Impossible to get thru on their support line. I would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Thanks to a suggestion from a nurse I know, I switched to Apria and am very happy I did. Night and day!
They call you to sell you replacement supplies without checking whether it is time for insurance to cover the order. Then, they bill insurance but go ahead charge your credit card on file without prior authorization. I was never asked if I wanted my card to be kept on file and thought I could send a check when I received the bill. Big surprise.
