They deserve zero stars. I used the cpap every night and they claim their records show I’ve been compliant so I have to send all of the equipment back to them and start over the process. They are absolutely frustrating to deal with.

Zero Stars. I got tired of dealing with constant back billing and once, even getting turned into a collections department from this company. Finally got fed up enough and literally had the new MSC rep at my Dr. Appointment last July (2024). They sat him with me to give him a list of all the billing problems, took my information and said someone would be in contact with me. To date, nobody has contacted me. I saw all the negative reviews, and still decided to give them a try because all of the reviews were old. This place is great! I've been working with Jennifer Inglese and every step of the way she has been super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable, this is my first cpap machine but if I had any questions or concerns about fits she was quick to respond and educate me and help me!
