Called 3 different times, trying to get a compliance report. I was transferred 4x, hung up on once, and then was told that they don't provide them for physicians offices. Will not recommend
Super trash. Husband has had his machine paid off for over a year and we just received an almost $400 bill from June 2025. Called them and they said that our insurance took that long to get back to them. Called our insurance and our insurance shows that we owe them nothing and the claim had been processed and closed for months. After back and forth, they call back and say that we only owe half of the amount and that they had a clerical error. They deserve zero stars. I used the cpap every night and they claim their records show I’ve been compliant so I have to send all of the equipment back to them and start over the process. They are absolutely frustrating to deal with.
Billing nightmares, no return phone calls (multiple attempts) AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
