Go anywhere else. Initial set up was ok but last two years customer service is a joke. Cannot even get a hold of billing, its a loop. Go anywhere else. Sent me wrong equipment twice and since my psychic abilities were not on pointe, I didn't know it was the wrong design until I opened it. So there's another $55 i cannot recoup. Worst customer service I have found in medical supplies period. Don't waste your time, money or patronage.
Medical Service Company has terrible customer service. I've tried to contact them 4 times, and end up with an AI assistant. No follow-up on equipment problem I'm trying to resolve.
Most incompentent unprofessional useless services available on the market. I would suggest using quite literally anyone else.
