Terrible experience with this company. Been trying to get my cpap machine for almost a month. Original appt was a zoom appt cause it was the first available and quickest they said but they canceled it so then rescheduled for first available which was today Oct 18th and low and behold get a text first thing this morning canceling it and next available at this office is first of December. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They demand a cc on file and then wait months to bill you. You dont get a monthly statement like the other companies. Trying to return equipment is a nightmare I been on hold for over 20 minutes with each department I have been transferred 4 times and still cant get anywhere. I been on the phone all day trying to get ahold of someone with no help at all. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. The staff is very knowledgeable on the machine, but are little help choosing a mask. When you have left the store with $1200 in medical equipment you struggle with, it’s not acceptable. The hours for this company is 10a - 4p Monday - Friday. So if you are a working person this company thinks you taking time off work to visit a retail store is normal.
