The staff is very knowledgeable on the machine, but are little help choosing a mask. When you have left the store with $1200 in medical equipment you struggle with, it’s not acceptable. The hours for this company is 10a - 4p Monday - Friday. So if you are a working person this company thinks you taking time off work to visit a retail store is normal.
Great company with many tools to help you with your CPAP journey. They have numerous suggestions and can even set up a Zoom meeting to help you with your mask. One of their customer’s will have had experience with your equipment and can give you great advice.
the equipment is under quality and over priced I had the pillows I suck and swallow air feels sick in the morning I called them and i was told they would send me medium size full face mask they send me the wrong size masked and cant return it because it was opened not happy with the service at all still continue with the leakage
I cancelled my service with Danielle (their manager) on January 8 and told her I will not do business with MSC. Today they shipped an order without my approval. I already did business with another provider and I am very angry. Hopefully the return procedure will not be painful! Avoid MSC at all cost!!!
