Customer service sucks !
Run from this company. I don't know how they've been in business for 75 years. They sent my mother home with a defective oxygen machine and were supposed to deliver a new one and a portable. The customer service team tells me they sent an email to their manager. Well, my mom can't use emails to breathe. They don't care about the health of their customers if all they can do is send an email.
Stay away and find yourself a respectable supplier.
Terrible experience with this company. Been trying to get my cpap machine for almost a month. Original appt was a zoom appt cause it was the first available and quickest they said but they canceled it so then rescheduled for first available which was today Oct 18th and low and behold get a text first thing this morning canceling it and next available at this office is first of December. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They demand a cc on file and then wait months to bill you. You dont get a monthly statement like the other companies. Trying to return equipment is a nightmare I been on hold for over 20 minutes with each department I have been transferred 4 times and still cant get anywhere. I been on the phone all day trying to get ahold of someone with no help at all. This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.
