Swindlers. Lied about what I would be charged, then found out the day before Autopay takes it. Can't turn off Autopay. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Even sent supplies I did not approve or need. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE even if it's further
Initial set up was great, now ive been sent wrong equipment, they will not send me a return label, and now ive recieved the right design and wrong size. Now being billed for both wrong. Trying to cancel and remove my information, but the billing prompt is just a loop. GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND ORDER YOUR EQUIPMENT!!!
I highly advise against this company. When I tried to return my CPAP machine was transferred a dozen times, finally got a person saying she would email and also mail a label. Didn't happen. Called again after 8 minutes on hold, was promised the same. Didn't happen! But I did receive a letter saying a label was enclosed. NO LABEL! Just called again same aggravation. Time will tell if they send me a label. Unbelievable!!!!
Extremely disappointed with the lack of pricing transparency here. I received my BiPAP machine two months ago, and I still have no idea what my final bill will be. Their website only shows the initial delivery receipt/invoice and hasn't been updated with actual costs or insurance adjustments since December. To future consumers: I strongly recommend getting your prescription from your doctor and ordering your machine and supplies directly from an online retailer.
