Always very prompt about contacting me when it’s time to replace my supplies. If I have to call them for some reason, customer service is always excellent.
I used Medical Supply Company for 18 months. Their personnel could not fit me to a mask... could not duplicate the results from my initial sleep apnea test. I tried over 20 masks and nose pieces. Could not get a good seal and any good results in 18 months. I visited the local lab 20 some times... could never get a good fit or a good nights sleep. MSC is clueless! So, I finally gave up. sleep better, no apnea... But, now, I'm getting calls from 3 different collection agencies for a debt I don't owe, and never been billed for!... read more
Please, for the health of you, find some place else. I got sent home from the hospital on oxygen with directions to call them for my main supply as soon as I get home. I did so with enough time for same day delivery as promised. They did not show up until 12 noon the following day. Obviously, I ran out the night before. I was livid and scared. They get an F for putting someones life in jeopardy.
12:06 PM today, 1/14/25. I got the same lame response you see below, same as all the other complaints about their service .... "I should call them". If you really want to resolve the issue, call me! My number is in your records. I've tried multiple times to contact you, and this is all I got. Don't bother with this company, they can't provide any customer service.
