Guess i should have looked at the reviews before choosing a company. People I've talked to have been nice, was told I could switch out my mask with in 30 days. Called in and told me thats for new customers. I had a cpap before with them but I wasn't told about this. May look at switching providers. I was told about this when I got my 2nd Machine not the first machine.
If you are looking for a good supply company that takes care of their customers I seriously advise looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I have with MSC. From a customer service & ethical standpoint they are incompetent from the top down. They have attempted several charges to my credit card a year after so called transaction without my authorization. As a 7 year customer for C-pap supplies, I am very disappointed with the decline in the quality of products they are sourcing made from inferior materials. Recently they have started supplying a very poor quality reservoir tank that rusts within days of being pressed in use (see pic after 10days use). When I called the main company to report this they said the products are only warrantied for 30 days and would not replace it for free because its the insurance companies fault for not allowing quicker replacements. I spoke with Cassandra, who was friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and I received my cpap equipment through the mail in just a few days. Thank you!!
