I would never buy another walker from this company again. They billed my Medicare for certain pieces and then told me they don’t pay for the breaks and seat. Come on now who would buy a senior walker with no way to sit on it and no breaks.They don’t tell you that till after you order it and they tie up the billing so you can’t go somewhere else.When I called Medicare they told me they do pay for the whole thing.I’ve been letting other people know on Facebook and other places not to buy from them.
Keep sending me bills with no explanation. I paid at first but will not continue to pay bills without understanding what I am paying for. Made an account on their website but there is no information on if I'm on a payment plan or how long it lasts. In the future I will deny any products from them, shame on Beaumont for encouraging this practice.
