Complete disaster with this company. Poor customer service. They send supplies that you already told them do not work and I did not order. Never can get a person to talk to on a phone.
can not get thru to order medical equipment refill!!!! will not be ordering from them because I can't reach anyone!! the phone rings forever then they hang up!!!!
I was told by my doctor to call them if I hadn't received a call to get my equipment within 2 weeks. I am now going on to 5 weeks and still no supplies, no call nothing I have called them at least three times and keep getting the run around. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY, DON'T. They took over a small company that was just a couple of blocks away from my house and I never had this much trouble.
I have been waiting to hear back about my husband's oxygen...yes oxygen and no one will contact me. Do not use them.
I just received supplies was sent wrong hose took me forever to figure that out they only sent me starter pack with l m s pillows 1 of each they also sent totally wrong pillows a while back bot one to complain but I will definitely make sure order is right next time
