I have had by far the worst customer service experience ever. I received an incorrect item six weeks ago and still haven't been able to return it after making at least 15 calls to customer service. Each time, I wait 15 to 20 minutes to finally speak to someone who says they will escalate the issue to a manager. When I ask to be transferred to a manager, I’m told they work remotely and cannot transfer me. Terrible service now. Used to be good. Total crap now. Spent hour on hold. Left call back number and messages. No response. Finally drove out there..... says to knock..... I could hear them inside but nobody answered.... called again.... nobody answering phones. Changing companies, both me and my bf. Update: it's been a year since I broke my tailbone and gave them my script and they never got me the things I needed. No response back. Pretty sure they are defrauding insurance.

The call back list must be very long. I'm on it a couple of times now and still waiting. I called again and after following the "If your calling for this then press this number" I ended up with a dial tone. I'm not sure i care anymore if there home town. Maybe it's time for someone new.

I've been dealing with this company for several years. Their phone customer service is very good. The one problem I have had concerns reordering medical equipment when a new prescription is necessary. They require each piece of equipment to be specifically listed while the specialist has a generalized medical prescription order form that he signs for every patient. The itemized order sheet from MSC sits unsigned in my chart. I have discussed this issue with the attending physician.
