Brandon was great at explaining all the things I needed to know about my new CPAP machine. She even assisted with my new head piece. She is very patient even with us having an toddler there.
Can't get my CPAP.. Between the idiots that work at my doctor's office and the fact that no one at the MSC can reach out to me or the doctor's office on the phone when they don't get the information that they need to finally take care of my order. My test for sleep apnea was done in June 2024.. still don't have my CPAP.
NO ONE answers the phone. I had a sleep apnea test on 5/14 and a prescription was written for a machine and sent to MSC. I didn't hear from them until July and they didn't prepare my machine until September. It worked the first two days and then quit. I required to use the machine 21/30 days so insurance doesn't bill me. I have been calling for DAYS and can't get through to anyone. Been over three weeks since the doctor sent in the medical supply prescription I’ve called three times. They send me a text saying we will contact you shortly, SHORTLY.?? Is that a month later. Reporting to the BBC
Tom was prepared and friendly. Even called the MSC hotline to confirm my insurance and payment information was correct. In and out in about 35 minutes. The office it self is hard and is the only reason for my 4 star review. It is located right behind the Taco Bell. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. If you are coming maybe ask for Tom.
