All I can say is they are awful. If you can stay clear of them at all cost do so!!! They gave me a run around for 3 weeks. Long story short. If I pay cash… the supplies I need can be delivered. If I’m using insurance, the supplies aren’t available in my area??? These people can’t get their story straight for nothing. I’m not sure who has worse customer service then or Xfinity. It’s just terrible how badly some companies treat the consumer/patient. MSC-I HATE THE WAY YOU OPERATE YOUR BUSINESS AND I HOOE YOU GO UNDER
When ProMedica switched over to medical service company everything went downhill fast. Neither they don't send the supplies that you asked for, they only send part of the order or it just takes forever to get here. I was never sent a bill because my son has two insurances, when this company was ProMedica. Now that it's medical service company they send me bills even though they shouldn't be. I have called several times and have been assured that they won't send any more bills, but yet they still do. They are obviously scamme... read more
This office has the most caring & responsive employees of any in NW Ohio! My dad has been on home O2 since June 2020--the office staff are unfailing in how helpful they are answering questions & getting us connected to the resources we need. Mike Saddoris does our deliveries & his expertise, personability, and genuine care for the patient's safety/well-being is unsurpassed.
