I had to call several times to straighten out an insurance problem. Then place and order and schedule an appointment. Tanya and Felicia are the two reps. I dealt with on these matters. They were both outstanding. Polite, patient, and knowledgeable. You don't find customer service that is this good, anywhere!
This place is absolutely horrible if you love you loved one call somebody else for your oxygen needs my husband has been on oxygen for quite sometime now every time I call this company it is a headache to get Replacements out for his portable tanks not only that but the oxygen machine he uses at home I cannot get anybody to service every time the man comes out to deliver I asked him and he keeps telling me it does not need it however the pictures that I have do show that the machine is full of dust and mold so how does that ... read more
Had a phone interview with this company for inbound collections customer service representative. It was a huge waste of my time, almost 2 hours. The phone interview lasted one hour because the HR interviewer was interrupted by other tasks and had to call me back twice to finish the interview.
