I completed a sleep study one month ago and received the results shortly thereafter. I was required to electronically sign paperwork in order to set up an appointment for a new CPAP and supplies. When I contacted the company today to follow up, I was informed of an outstanding balance from 2018 that I had never been notified about. Dropped the ball every time I ordered. Made delivery promises and never kept them. This just didn't happen once it happened every time. Find a more reliable company. The Google reviews don't lie!
I had to call several times to straighten out an insurance problem. Then place and order and schedule an appointment. Tanya and Felicia are the two reps. I dealt with on these matters. They were both outstanding. Polite, patient, and knowledgeable. You don't find customer service that is this good, anywhere!
This place is absolutely horrible if you love you loved one call somebody else for your oxygen needs my husband has been on oxygen for quite sometime now every time I call this company it is a headache to get Replacements out for his portable tanks not only that but the oxygen machine he uses at home I cannot get anybody to service every time the man comes out to deliver I asked him and he keeps telling me it does not need it however the pictures that I have do show that the machine is full of dust and mold so how does that ... read more
