This Company is hard to work with and should just close down. We went elsewhere and now have our CPAP. Don't wast your time.
What I was told would be my monthly fee is not what is being deducted from my account. The amount they are taking is more than double almost triple what they told me it would be. I tried to reach out to them multiple times before the first payment was deducted to get it figured out with no return communication attempts until the payment didn't go through. I completed a sleep study one month ago and received the results shortly thereafter. I was required to electronically sign paperwork in order to set up an appointment for a new CPAP and supplies. When I contacted the company today to follow up, I was informed of an outstanding balance from 2018 that I had never been notified about. At no point did the company reach out to communicate this issue or provide guidance on scheduling. I find the lack of communication and follow-through to be very concerning.
