Been with them about 12 years and never had a problem getting what I need.
Charged for a Nebulizer that the hospital said was covered by insurance. Also we never used the piece of equipment because it was awful and barely worked. Thanks guys. Wouldn’t expect anything less from American healthcare. Thanks for never caring.
Was super nice at first then it all changed: -Charges 4 to 5 times as much or the same brand equipment anywhere else. -Tells me on the phone that my insurance will cover something completely, then harasses me that they will send me to collections for $300 that was supposed to be covered. Gives you no payment plans and no other options. "Just pay up or we will ruin your credit over a medical device you need" -Literally calls you non-stop to re-order over-priced supplies, has like 20 different numbers, I block one and they jus... read more
This place I’ve been with for some time they are the best I swear to you from the phone call to ordering they rock they even call and check on you and in todays world that’s unheard of I give them a billions not just a ten
