My name is Kevin Donnelly and my Oxygen concentrator unit began to make unusual noises and flashed yellow warning lights on a Saturday afternoon. Called Medical Services number and they said a technician would call me soon. Five minutes later the tech called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes. He replaced the unit with a new one and made sure it worked properly, and asked if I had any questions or needed any additional tubing, etc. He also ensured that I knew how to work the new concentrator unit correctly. Medical Service has always been very helpful to me . I have been an oxygen Customer for over two years. Always reliable, prompt and friendly.
TERRIBLE, unprofessional business. It took me over 6 months to get equipment that was "mailed out". Nobody ever wanted to call me back, and I could never speak to anyone when I called. Then, these people show up to my house UNANNOUNCED to "get their equipment back" even though we're not done with the test and this visit was NOT scheduled. I had even talked to the person earlier that day and said I was in an appointment and I would call them back.
