I give Mark an A plus. He is a very kind and helpful person for showing me how to use my new nebulizer. In fact the whole company has been been very considerate of my needs.

My name is Kevin Donnelly and my Oxygen concentrator unit began to make unusual noises and flashed yellow warning lights on a Saturday afternoon. Called Medical Services number and they said a technician would call me soon. Five minutes later the tech called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes. He replaced the unit with a new one and made sure it worked properly, and asked if I had any questions or needed any additional tubing, etc. He also ensured that I knew how to work the new concentrator unit correctly.
