Medical Service has always been very helpful to me . I have been an oxygen Customer for over two years. Always reliable, prompt and friendly.
TERRIBLE, unprofessional business. It took me over 6 months to get equipment that was "mailed out". Nobody ever wanted to call me back, and I could never speak to anyone when I called. Then, these people show up to my house UNANNOUNCED to "get their equipment back" even though we're not done with the test and this visit was NOT scheduled. What a nightmare! MSC is extremely inefficient. My mother got out of the hospital 45 days ago and she still does not have a prescribed hospital bed!!! The ordering department, who doesn't return calls, said they sent the request to the doctors office several times but did not call them until I had to get a manager involved. I want to submit a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the whole Msc staff :) Due to a recall last year on Cpap machine's, sleep medicine clinics nationwide are struggling to get patient's set up with Cpap's.
