Every time I try to order my sleep supplies I get the run around and some excuse why they can't give them to me. Now they say I owe them $400 for oxygen supplies that I called several times over a years span to come and get. I'm not paying a bill for supplies I asked to return several times. It's not my fault they didn't come and pick it up. I'll be changing supply companies as soon as possible.
I got a machine about six months ago. Never used it because I need a different mask. Called them and they never returned my phone call. All they care about is selling u a 1800 machine and your on your own after that!!!
