The arrogance, incompetence and sheer indifference of the representatives at the main number is breathtaking. The wait times to speak to someone are unacceptable and indicative of a company that couldn’t care less about its customers. They are, however, very communicative when it’s time to reorder supplies and they can bill someone. Stay clear of them. You’ll thank me.

Used to be easy to reach and very helpful, now it's just an AI slop filled system to work through. I am sure they did it to "cut costs" without cutting costs to the end users. I think my insurance provider should find this interesting.
I've been billed 3 times for the same order. The last bill arrived with a late charge. No one responds to my phone calls.
