I am writing a review that another person has already mentioned, but I wanted to emphasize how frustrating it is getting a hold of someone at Medical Service Company. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues. Customer service was virtually non-existent. Waiting for someone to return my call or just talking with a person is extremely difficult. Used to be easy to reach and very helpful, now it's just an AI slop filled system to work through. I am sure they did it to "cut costs" without cutting costs to the end users. I think my insurance provider should find this interesting.

I've been billed 3 times for the same order. The last bill arrived with a late charge. No one responds to my phone calls.

I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with MSC Sleep or Medical Service Company. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues. Customer service was virtually non-existent, with calls going unanswered and long delays in receiving assistance. The return process for my CPAP machine was incredibly frustrating. I've only had this company for a week and I've had three different concentrators. The local staff is friendly but their outside company employees are very rude. I'm in the process of finding another medical supply company.
