I've been billed 3 times for the same order. The last bill arrived with a late charge. No one responds to my phone calls.
I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with MSC Sleep or Medical Service Company. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues. Customer service was virtually non-existent, with calls going unanswered and long delays in receiving assistance. The return process for my CPAP machine was incredibly frustrating.
