RecommendedI have had great service from this company. Whenever I call they are always ready to answer my questions and help me in any way they can. If I leave a message they have always returned my call in a timely manner. Always polite and willing to help.
Medical Service Company puts forth the effort to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied whether it be an order for equipment or service to repair some equipment. I called them the other day to make a change to my cpap equipment and spoke with someone who made sure the equipment was changed on my record and also let me know when I could call back to order additional equipment. I was 100% satisfied!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. Very prompt and courteous staff. Excellent customer service. My C-pap was sent quickly and the zoom meeting on how to use it was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company!
I would not recommend this medical service company to anyone.. I had a horrible experience and complete disaster of communication and documentation by the employees I worked with! And then when I tried to resolve said issues it was impossible to talk with anyone and when I did I was transferred multiple times to different employees who then transferred me again with no resolution to the issues! Would not recommend.....after 4 times of me reaching out to schedule an apap appointment, they finally let me know they didn’t have my phone number or couldn’t tell me why I hadn’t received my equipment for an appointment last week. Not sure why after the 1st or 2nd time I reached and spoke with someone, they couldn’t figure out they were missing a number from my phone number....but that is ridiculous.
Their staff has been very helpful with questions I have about the equipment and with zoom chat to introduce me to my new equipment: the ResMed AirSense™ 10 CPAP with Integrated Humidifier. This unit is quite an improvement over what I previously was using. They make reordering supplies easy. They have specialist to answer specific questions. I give the whole experience 10 stars.
I recently started using this company and am pleased with the service and the staff is very helpful and friendly and concerned with my needs. I would highly recommend them.
i don't recommend this company I placed an order on Thursday they said they would be here on Monday okay well Monday rolled around and no show so I called before they was closing they took my number and said they would call when in route well no call so I called back now they don't see an order for a delivery. I have dialysis I placed the order Thursday so now I have to go to the hospital because I have to have my treatment that's what is keeping me alive. Medical ServiceCompany is the company that supplies me with my C-PAP machine and supplies that I need on a monthly basis. They have also notified me to let me know if I was having a problem connecting properly after a nights sleep. They did all the training by phone and any trouble shooting, if needed. I think they are great!
