Wish I could give less stars...They've had 10 of our concentrators for a year! Don't expect to get your equipment back quickly.
Worked well with my father to exchange an oxygen machine for a refurbished one with a very reasonable price. Staff was professional and took care of us quickly. A staff member named Richard explained maintenance to my father and was excellent help.
