They are inbed with the insurance companies, they do not actually advocate for the patient at all. No one called me as stated in the letter. they do not actually look at your records.
Unethical crooks. Denied coverage despite multiple appeals from my physician. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
Did a review of my husband’s request for glotfitamab coupled with chemo. He has been fighting lymphoma for 1+year. Said it was not medically necessary. He has triple hit lymphoma. There is little to no research on triple hit. Reviewer was an oncologist specializing in MELANOMA, NOT LYMPHOMA. This is a death sentence for him. They deserve NO stars. The study has no peer review and has not been published because it is new. How many people will die because of this?!?!
This company is horrible their internal staff knows nothing about evaluating talent to help their company grow. Because of that I can not endorse them and would. It advise anyone to do business with them.
