Awful. Saw her years ago and I'm still mad. She was hesitant to assess and look at my area of concern. Told me my growing moles was accumulation of dirt. My daughter had the same experience with her so maybe she is not well versed in melanated skin or she thinks we have a different biology. Highly DO NOT recommend.
Brought my daughter in because her hair hasn’t grown in 6 years. McKay sat on the examination table and didn’t go anywhere near my daughter. Didn’t offer any suggestions or any ideas for us at all. Suggested a scalp biopsy and it made my daughter cry in which McKay just sat there and had nothing to say. We waiting a very long time to see her and the whole thing lasted 2 minutes left feeling discouraged. A dermatologist is someone who treats skin hair and nails. I’ve seen Dr McKay over the years and she’s always been helpful with acne, fungal nail issues and eczema. I had great success seeing her. Another lady also told me how she had great results with her eyelid eczema. I recommend.
