Stacy should be prevented from doing any billing what so ever. Please do not get enticed by her broken promises. She failed to collect 1.6 million in accounts billing from our clinic which will likely be lost due to their incompetence. Look elsewhere for billing services or risk loosing business and income.
Very poor management. This company offered consultation and site analysis for urgent care business. After paying the complete consultation fee the service was never completed. I attempted to call and send emails to the company without response. I finally opened a dispute with Paypal which is when I received a response. They cut their services, which I was never aware of, and declined to give a refund despite not fulfilling the contract that we both agreed to. Do not recommend working with this company, lacks integrity.
Billed me for a completely wrong service. This happened in May 2019. It's now October 2019. Has not been corrected. Tried to contact the representative I was directed to for a separate immunization coverage error and I've subsequently been led on a wild goose chase as the person has yet to respond to my voicemails or emails. I honestly couldn't think of worse customer service and work efficiency for a professional organization.
These guys the best medical billing, credentialing, and contracting services around. Highly recommend!
