This has been my primary care office for a number of years now. The staff here is very compassionate, kind and welcoming to their patients and they truly care about you here. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care.
Can never get in for an appointment Noone ever answers was asked by one of the providers today after being in a car accident in March why did I come to their office that I should keep going to the ER this place is a joke
Worst doctor and office ever!! Dealt with their c*** for a year and a 1/2 and I don't know why I waited so long to switch to a normal doctor. They Don't call in prescriptions on time, send tests to out of network labs to get kickbacks for themselves. Terrible communication, doctor doesn't run his practice and I've had to file complaints with the bbb. They are known by the police department because their staff constantly calls on patients. Complete joke!
They were great until main doctor disappeared 2 years ago. Randon office closures and phones are never answered. Office staff does best they can with what they have but I have to find another primary care physician with better communication
I honestly don't understand how people could give them a bad review honestly. I've been coming to them for the past 4 years and I have never had someone so understanding and make me feel like they actually care about me and getting to the bottom of the problems that I've experienced.
